the whole customer service thing is a joke! i was going to transfer to COMCAST but i later found out from tech that my system is not fully compatible with COMCAST. so i stayed with AT&T UVERSE. after the COMCAST tech left, a few minutes later, i do not have any dial tone...my phone was disconnected. i called COMCAST and they said they do not have the number and i should contact AT&T UVERSE. which make sense since i did not sign up for COMCAST.
