Please Does anyone know how to escalate a customer service call with Lenovo US? I am having a heck of a time getting them to send me a box so I can return a just bought idea pad. They sent the box to themselves instead of to my house. I now have to wait for them to send me another box. The repair center is just across town and they will not let me drive the computer over.
