On April 4, 2009 I applied for a program on how to apply for government grants for the amount of $ 1.95 . I have been awaiting for the infomation about this program but never recieved it. Since then your company has billed my mothers checking account for a addtional $ 230.44. 57.61 per month for a program that I have never used. We are asking for a full refund.
