I signed a contract with J&R (owner name is Don Richardlli) 3 months ago.After the deposit paid, everythings turn into miserable nightmare. He DID NOT have a contractor lisence.He show up three times only for few hours to do little bit of work.We got a violation from the county due to he fail to abtain a permit for the deck.
