Refused to send a repairman until a week after Washer broke. Man came, no tools, did not know how to get front of washer off. Said needed new tub, is leaking. Mumbled, had trouble understanding him. Said would have to order parts. Another week, not fixed, so called, the man ans so RUDE and confused me. Said my fault as I had not called to say the part was in, and I said must be some mistake, this is Extended Warranty, why was I responsible for the part.
