Disney Chase Credit Card claims to have received our payment late, yet it was mailed prior to the due date. They meantime charged a $39.00 late fee as well as $66.66 in interest. We have paid off our credit card monthly and they have made between $3, 000 and $6, 000 on us since we were credit card members. They refused to waive the late fee and interest in order to keep us their customers.
