I had great service from metropcs for over 2 years until lost my razrv3m. i bought a v3s(i might have them backwards) and my troubles began. it wouldnt hold a charge so after 2 weeks i returned it and they gave me a new one. well this one held a charge but it wouldnt download the metro navigator so they replaced it with one that would download the gps but wouldnt hold a charge. 2 different agents at 2 different times took the battery out and told me "it feels swollen". and told me i overcharged it and that they would sell me a new... read full review »
