I have been using Feria hair dyes for about 2 months and on the box it states that the colour does not fade or wash out, clearly this statement is not true as mine keeps washing out and the colour just keeps fading and now looks tatty. I am very un happy with this product and would like my money back or componsating for false advertisment. I would also like if somthing would be done about your false advertisment if not i would be taking this matter further untill it has been changed.
