DO NOT USE RESCUECOM. Folks, beware this company. Their only goal is to get your money and take advantage of people that find themselves in a desperate state with their PC. I had a computer virus, they were the only computer repair site I could get to... that in itself is interesting! I DID make an appointment for a service call but called and canceled within 30 mins when I realized I could restore my PC to a previous day.
