There were unauthorized charges on my telephone bill from USBI/cheap2dial from Oct. 2008 to Apr 2009, total of 7 months, 14.38$ each month. I did not notice that until Apr. Then I made a call to cheap2dial and they said the most they can do is to refund me 6 month instead of 7, and said it's their company policy. The guy talked to me named Terry said someone from their company will call me but as expected, I never receive any call back.
