I bought a top of the line (at that time) HP Pavillion dv6707 us over a year ago. I spent the extra money for the equipment and pay the monthly extra charges to be able to go wireless. Two months after using my new laptop, the unit 'decides' to 'ask me to register a user and product name'. It had my name and supposedly the product 'code/number' was that which was on the bottom of the laptop. I entered the number and the laptop REFUSED ITS OWN CODE/ NUMBER!!!
