We've paid this company every month for over 20 years. Now that we want to discontinue our service, they state that our contract (which we signed with a company that they took over) is on auto renewal and is extended until 2014! In short, it doesn't matter that you've been a loyal customer. They have no mercy and will call daily asking for payment. DON'T sign any contract with this company. They hide their sneaky "auto renewal" in tons of fine print. Isn't that just what you want from a "security" company?...Dishonesty??? read full review »
