This is really frustrating from IBSN for not returing our geniune money for over 4 months. Last time, I reported this on complaints board and Nanda Kumar responded that it would be returned by August 25, 2009. Since then, no response to e-mails, no one picking up calls...forget the return.. I did not expect some claiming as Senior Tax Consultant not keeping the promise.
