I order a book through hotbooksale.com(6-15-2009), I canceled the order, then ordered again, and again canceled. They still chargerd me for the book, plus a membership fee. A month later(7-15-2009), I received my checking account statement and there was a charge of $19.95 to smartsavingscenter.com. When I called the number listed on my statement, they said it was a membership fee, and that when I complained about hotbooksale.com, they had canceled my membership and charged me for a month.
