I was told repeately that my mortage loan was approved. All I had to do was to pay the appraiser to appraise my home. The amount was too much $900.00, but I only agreed to pay $650.00. Upon completion of the appraisal, I did not get the loan because the house did not apparise enough. The appraiser told me that my area was hard to do. I thought that the appraiser was not suppose to collect from the borrower. I wish that they could be made to pay for all the heartache that they put people through. read full review »
