This is not a legit operation, as they sell defective products (blueant bluetooth) from sources other than from the manufacturer! The product comes in a platic baggy with no instructions or warranty. You cannot speak to anyone about the problem LIVE & via email they direct you to return the item to them or the manufacturer for repair. Who needs this aggravation?
