A form was built by Rupp Family Construction to accommodate a concrete slab of approximately 14 feet wide, by 30 feet long, and 2 feet tall. Due to the nature of the project, it was imperative that the dimensions of the concrete slab fall within somewhat exacting tolerances. About halfway through the pour the form began to fail -- the north, south, and east sides began to bulge outwards.
