Our loan was sold without us knowing back in June, 2008. We found out our loan had been sold when we got a foreclosure letter on our door from a company (Litton Loan Servicing) we didn't even know we were affiliated with. I called Litton Loan to let them know that there was a mistake, and that our lender was Aveleo. They told us that Aveleo sold our loan June of 2008, and we own them the money.
