I had signed up to VPSLand about a year ago, and I had signed up to a basic package and yet they billed me for a more Expensive package. I had put it to their attention and they admit their fault and gave me a discount. A few week had past when we encounted Major Networking problem from them. My entire system was down for over a week, and in the end they had to reformat my computer because of some hardware problem on their end.
