When I receive my monthly Bill from AT-T i notice a page from USBI and on that page they charge me for a long distance plan, I have one with AT-T but when I call the number on the USBI bill they transfer my call to five or six different agents and none of them can help you . I went to the AT-T store where I get my long distance plan, We call again from there and the same story happenened, no one can help us.
