In March of 2008 I ordered a computer from BlueHippo, and was told that after 13 payments I would receive my computer.I was late on a few payments. As of march 3 2009 my account has been paid in full. Every time I call I ask to speak to upper management, but they tell me that they can not put me through because they will get fired. ( how stupid does that sound)? I thought that was what upper management was for. The customer service would not let me talk to a supervisor either. After March 3rd.
