Call to schedule service for front loader Maytag washer using an extended warranty all purchaced through Home Depot. I was informed my washer was near entered into a warranty even though I sent in the info needed 4 years ago. It took 3.5 hours to finally get it registered once I found someone who knew what he was doing and then it only took 15 minutes! He then scheduled an appt to have A & E FACTORY COME FIX IT ON 8/15/09. No one showed or called. I was told (when I called) that someone would be out Monday 8/17/09. No one came or called.
