Hands down the WORST customer service I've ever seen! From the initial installation the technician wasn't able to install the alarm panel where I wanted it (after the sales person told me "no problem") The installation was half assed and a poor attempt at best. From here it just get's worse! I had to vacate my house as a result of the "Chinese Drywall" problem that has plagued the east coast.
