I had Fios for less then a month. The final bill they sent me was $642.98. I have spent well over 10 hours trying to straighten this mess out. I had spoken with many supervisors that promised to fix the bill to $130.00. Never happen they sent several bills all over the $130.00. I was waiting on the final bill and they sent my account to a collection agency for $259.01, bring down my credit record and score while I was applying for a home loan and was turned down for a loan because of the collection account.
