My name is Scott. I own an XBOX360 and it is not working. I called in to support on 8/10/09 to request a return label (after the website failed to allow me to produce a return shipping label)to send my XBOX in for repair. I spoke with Mel who informed me that he is having some difficulties verifying my address and I will need to be transferd to a supervisor. I then spoke to Kevin who also told me that his systems are having difficultes verifying my address.
