I have a very expensive washer and dryer that I bought at sears and I've had nothing but trouble with them both. Not ony that but, the repair warranty they offer is a joke. They take FOREVER to get you an appointment ( and I'm talking 8 to 12 days) and then if they have to order a part it's another 10 days waiting for an appointment AFTER you get the part.
