Ordered wallpaper in April 2009. Company stated wallpaper was on back order. June 16, 2009 paper still on backorder so order was cancelled. Still have not received refund as of 8/18/09. Multiple emails and calls have been made to company who says that the paperwork is in the accounting department and they do not have any idea when it will be processed. According to BBB the company only has 4 employees so the accounting dept. excuse is BS. I can't believe that this company can continue to rip people off and still stay in business.
