They charge fees that you do not agree too. First the fee was only suppose to be $1.97 for a cd, shipping and handling. Then you are charged $79.95 for not canceling a free trial . The number is always busy, and no one ever answers. Then I am billed four seperate charges. Two from one number1-866-821-6349. These people are rude and mean. They will not refund your money nor will they give you information to corporate office so that you can get this straightened out. The other number is 1-866-597-0352. Busy all the time.
