I have been trying since Oct of 2008 to have this company modifty my loan I went thru a divorce in 1/2007 and then 11/2007 the construction company I worked for closed its doors and went out of business. I am 62 years old and I am now working part-time for walmart I collect social securty and retirement money I have about 2000 a month come in and I have turned in paperwork 4 times with the exact same information everytime and I get deined for help everytime.
