One of my worst online buying experiences and I've been purchasing online for many years. I ordered 4 stools - 2 differenet types. A partial shipment was made - late. The other stools did not arrive - weeks passed - a couple of months passed. Email was never answsered. I got incorrect status info from phone call. It was just awful and I never received an apology. I was finally sent the stools after I had purchased some elsewhere and contacted my credit card company for reimbursement.
