I purchased an Antivirus from your company but wasn't able to use. i paid by Paypal and it said that i have to wait an email from my account to notify if the transaction is OK. but there was no email notification and I was not able to use it..i tried several times to check my email but it wasn't therer, and YES, my credit card now is billing me with your product that i haven't even use a single time. what's worse is that i have to reformat my laptop and lost a lot of valuable documents. i hope i get a REFUND because its so Unfair to Buy a product that i wasn't able to use in the first place. read full review »
