When I bought the bed from Factory Direct in Tukwila, WA along with buying the product, they offered a $500.00 gift card. We were asked to go to claimyourgroceries.com. I went to that website and was able to print the monthly voucher. You need to send the voucher along with the receipt from the accredited store that you chose the address they provided. I chose Costco and was promised that a gift card will be sent after 4-6 weeks. The first voucer I've sent was last May 12 for April voucher. No gift card was sent until now.
