I've been a loyal customer of BofA and have been to the above branch for years. Today when I went into the Bank (inside the Lucky Store), I found people lining up at the ATM Machine but no one waiting at the counter. I approached the counter, a teller by the name of "Jacklyn" asked me what I need and I was told to use the ATM to deposit a check.
