Sales called and asked if we had a HP printer. I said yes. They said they would send out a free cartride, I said no, I don't want to have to return it or get an invoice. He said there is no obligation and I would never recieve an invoice. I said if you want to send me a free cartidge and never send me an an invoice go ahead. Well they sent the invoice, and I called and they have the art of dealing with that conversation down pat. They do it all day long I imagine. read full review »
