My August payment was due 8/1/09. I set up a payment through my bank on 8/31/09. Obviously my bank and your offices are not open for business on a Saturday to process payments. Consequently my payment arrived in your offices on Monday, August 3, 2009. I was subsequently charge a $39 late payment. I feel that the late payment was unjust and wish it reversed. If a payment is made and cannot obviously be processed due to the weekend a grace period should be extended to the next business day.
