I purchased a car in my name and my Aunt co-signed for me. The car was taken and they have been harrassassing my aunt (the co-signer) NOT calling me direct or even sending me (the main name on the loan) anything in the mail. I moved to Tennessee and while my Aunt was still getting threatening phone calls for collection I went to the Creditor (Wells Fargo) and started making payment arrangements with them. In the last few months I had lost my job and moved back to Ohio and JUST started another job and my Aunt is getting phone calls once again... read full review »
