I ordered $255.80 worth of pond supplies and put it on my debit card. After a few days, when my order had not shown up, I called the company. I had to leave a message and asked that someone get in touch with me. No response. I then e-mailed the company. No response. At this point I have called and left messages 7 times and e-mailed 3 times. My last e-mail said " Even if you stole my money, a response to let me know that would be appreciated". I'll never hear from this company and will not see my money or pond supplies, but maybe this report will prevent someone else from being as foolish as I have been. read full review »
