Like so many others I recieved a phone call from an agrent of Sartup Essentails. I took her at her word when she said that everthing I needed to be a success was included with their package. I even asked if I was being sent contact names to companies I would market for? I was told that it was in the package. Whaen I recieved the software I called and verified it had arrived and sent the paperwork in. When I tried to play the CDs I found two were not readable and contacted StartUp.
