Metro Public Adjustment was hired to repersent us for an insurance claim it took Metro over 7 months to get our claim settled and along the way they just kept taking more money from us to hire an independent and then an umpire to try and settle the dispute with the insurance co and during the entire process we were being reassured by the adjuster and the rep from Metro is that once we get to the umpire stage that they never loose and it would be in my best intrest to proceed to that step.
