You used to be able to copy mail onto your computer or ont to a disk to save it. They stopped providing that service. A Yahoo tech person showed me how to set up Outlook to save your a mail. That took an entire hour to set up using their on line chat. At the end of the hour I find out that it will only save mail from the general in box, that the mail I have saved in my separate folders in the mailbox can only be saved if moved to the general inbox.
