I took our late model Ford to purchased gas and a car wash on November 21, 2006. It was the first time that I used this type of wash. The car wash is a pull through, brush clean operation where you stay in your car and the brushes rotate and circle your vehicle several times a cycle. During the wash I was alarmed to feel something striking my vehicle several times hard enough to shake the whole truck.
