I purchased cigarettes on 11/24/08, paid by e-check which cleared my account on 11/25/08. I still have not received my product and cannot get in touch with anyone. Is there anyway to get my money back? Who do I complain to - is there a fraud line number to call and can my bank do anything to get my money back. Thanks. Joanie read full review »
