I was offered a bonus of $50.00 if I open as second account, for 3 month and maintain a certain balance. 3 month later is was told I would not receive my bonus because I did not select auto-deposit. Bank of America has stated this was not something I needed to do. They would get my $50.00. I have gone to the bank. I have been told they are going to get my money. Months later, I was told 2 other people have complained. Lots of phone calls. Lots of trips to the bank. Now almost 4 months later... They are still putting me off.
