I received an odd call this evening from private number. The lady was very nice, friendly and professional. She explained that she was calling on behalf of Premier Savings Bank and if I qualified they could help me consolidate my credit cards to a lower rate. Once I appeared interested, she said that she would be hanging up and then an account manager would call me with the details.
