My American Express Blue Card fixed rate interest for the last 6 years was 3.99 %. I stress fixed rate !! Got the dreaded letter everyone is talking about. They now want 7.25%. I have been a customer for 25 years and they do this to me. I called and they said nothing could be done as this was happening across the board to all cardholders.
