My complaint is I need my 46.61 back. I have been charged 35.00 for insufficient funds. My understanding was 1.95 sent was it. This is a total misunderstanding. I am on a fixed income looking for a way out, I can't afford any extra funds, please refund me my money so the bank will give me my 35.00 dollars back.
