Just call 1-801-407-3226 they are international marketing at the same address and they said they were affiliated yet didn't know how to get in touch with them other than calling 1-877-467-5541 this line is always busy. I still haven't gotten very far, but a number that is getting answered is a start. If everyone else called maybe they would give us more answers. read full review »
