I asked for the free trial and agreed to a small amount being deducted from my credit card to cover p&p. Before I had even received the trial offer, my credit card was charged with a further £61.89. I rang the company on the number given on my credit card bill and was assured that I would receive a refund shortly. This was 2 months ago and nothing has been received.
