I signed up for a free trial offer with no details on what I sent in. I received the free bottle also with no terms and conditions. 14 days later they chared the full amount $87.13. They then continued to send bottles monthly with a charge. When I called the number that was on my billing statement, they informed me they did not have me in their records. When I insisted on action they gave me a fax number where I requested my account to be cancelled and that I wanted to return all unused product for a refund. They did not respond.
