Ordered a 30 day free trial basis bottle of Acai... Called to cancel withing hte 30 day window only to find out they had charged my credit card account $139.97 for two additional bottles of Acai. This was over one month ago. To date I have not received the additional 2 bottles or a credit. I contacted them telephonically twice. On hold for 50 minutes both times. Finally spoke with a "Lydia" she placed me on hold and I waited an additional 20 minutes then she hung up on me.
